Partnerships
Creative News Analysis considers collaborations that fit a publication about reading and understanding news. Partnerships may include clearly labelled editorial-adjacent explainers, event or resource listings, and partner placements across the site. The form on the Contact page is the place to describe a proposal.
A suitable fit
We consider proposals for resources, learning activities, public conversations and other projects connected to news literacy or the craft of news. A proposal should state who it serves, what it offers readers and what support or placement is being requested. We do not accept proposals that require a predetermined editorial conclusion.
Placements across the site
Partner placements may appear in clearly identified areas across the publication, including a partner-links box and other agreed site placements. Their wording and destination are supplied or approved as part of the arrangement. Placement does not mean Creative News Analysis has independently verified every claim made by a partner.
Clear labelling and editorial separation
Paid or partner-supported material is labelled so readers can distinguish it from independent editorial work. Partners do not choose the conclusions of editorial articles or approve coverage in exchange for a placement. Send a short outline through the Contact page, including the proposed format, audience and any relevant interests.
A story is more than its headline.
We look at the choices behind news accounts so readers can distinguish what is known, what is argued and what remains open.
